About Epic Interval Training

Epic Interval training is a licensed fitness concept run in gyms, parks and garages around the world. Epic was founded by Alexander Nicholas in 2012 and is co-owned and co-run by his wife, Cassidy. Although there is no brick and mortar location in Fort Myers, Cassidy brings you programming, education and LIVE classes out of their "Garage Epic".

Our program has progressive levels so that anyone, no matter your fitness level, can partake in our interval training. EPIC has also been rated one of the most creative and inspiring workouts by various national media outlets. Just as life presents obstacles, our fitness regimen is all about conquering obstacles through fitness.

At EPIC you will develop overall strength, endurance, power, agility and balance. We aim to complement every aspect of our members lives; EPIC is more than just a fitness program, it’s an experience!

#TRAIN EPIC

EPIC Interval Training consists of different fitness classes which are programmed for all levels of fitness. Classes have unique circuit stations that utilize EPIC movements.

Workouts are reprogrammed every 4 weeks with different EPIC movements to ensure enough time to see progress as you can take a specific class at least 4 times each month, but also ensure new and exciting workouts each month.

CLASSES & PROGRAMS

PERFORMANCE
INTERVAL
This class consists of movements that are exciting and for all levels. Get ready for a fast paced fitness adventure that will ``BURN`` a hefty substantial amount of calories. Be prepared to SWEAT!!!
CARDIO
INTERVAL
This is our high octane conditioning class! This cardio HIIT class will push you to sprint, jump & crawl, all while developing power, agility and speed.
STRENGTH
INTERVAL
Work with Kettlebell, Dumbbells, Wreck Bags and more to develop athletic strength and power while keeping heart rates sky high! We work on the standards; compound and aesthetic lifts to build a foundation of strength for the rest of our classes.
ENDURANCE
INTERVAL
This is one of our toughest classes. It is a total body endurance interval workout that will challenge both you- body and mind! These longer circuits will test your strength, skill and resilience in the ultimate fat-burning HIIT workout.
COMBINE
INTERVAL
This class “combines” the different timing schemes and movements from our diverse EPIC classes to provide an all-inclusive EPIC experience! This is a great introductory class to sample the entire EPIC arsenal of different movements.
CORE
INTERVAL
The best athletes know how to use their core! In our approach to core training we'll tackle your midsection from every angle with a variety of resistance. No crunches here!
COACH
INTERVAL
This workout is an advanced workout in which zero instruction as the coaches will be exercising with you and they will be pushing the intensity concerning this workout.

The workout will be posted on the board. Each participant is required to do their best to complete the workout with minimal modifications.

  • EPIC accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, cash or checks.
  • EPIC is not responsible for any bank overdraft fees.
  • All classes must be prepaid.
  • All sales are final. Classes are non-refundable, exchangeable or transferable.
  • No problem! We have a 3 –hour cancellation policy. That means you can cancel up to 3 hours before class start time and the class will be credited back to your account for future use.
  • Canceled classes cannot be switched within the 3-hour window, however you may show up as a walk-in for another class that same day and if a spot is available, it’s yours!
  • All sales are final. Classes are non-refundable, exchangeable or transferable.
  • If you need to cancel a reservation, log into MindBody, go to My Info, click My Schedule and click Cancel next to the class time. If you have trouble canceling or have any questions, email your local studio.

WE ARE SORRY, BUT WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL WITHIN 3 HOURS OF THE CLASS START TIME, YOU WILL LOSE THE CLASS CREDIT.

  • No shows will incur a $25 fee and late cancellations will incur a $15 fee. No exceptions.
  • Memberships may only be used for 1 person. No sharing.
  • EPIC Interval Training is not responsible for any bank overdraft fees that may occur from late fees.
  • Valid Mastercard, Visa or American Express must be on file for all active accounts.
  • Monthly memberships may be paused or frozen for periods of 30 days or more.

AFTER YOUR MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP EXPIRES, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNDER THE SAME TERMS. TO CANCEL AUTO-RENEWAL, SIMPLY EMAIL US AT cassidy@epicintervaltraining.com AT LEAST THIRTY (30) DAYS PRIOR TO THE EXPIRATION OF YOUR PACKAGE.
